The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce would like to thank all businesses, organizations and the general public for making our annual Summer Parade a huge success. Each year the creativity that goes into making the floats keeps getting better and better! This year was one of our largest parades for entries to date. As we now enter into the summer months the Chamber office is in planning mode for the fall and winter months, but before we get too far ahead of ourselves, we want to remind you to get your teams entered in for our Linked on the Links Golf Tournament set for August 10th. Lunch will be served starting at 12:00pm during registration and the Texas-style Golf Tournament kicks off at 1:00pm with the shotgun start. As mentioned above the fall will be busy with our Handshakes & Hashbrowns breakfast events starting in September with a presentation by Women Building Futures sponsored by the Weyburn Oilwomen Association. Then in October we will be partnering with Community Futures Sunrise presentation from WorkSafe Saskatchewan during Small Business Week. The Weyburn Chamber would also like to introduce a new event opportunity to our members. Business Unwind events are hosted by Chamber members welcoming other members to their business location for a casual business mixer. Hosting a Business Unwind mixer is a great opportunity for you to profile your business and connect with other Chamber members.
